Kate Wallace, a certified executive coach, brings 30+ years of business, communications, PR and corporate affairs experience, to her coaching practice.

 

With a career spanning executive, non-executive and advisory roles, Kate’s coaching draws on her lived experience of working in large and small companies, in the private and public sector, during times of change, crisis and ‘business as usual’.

 

She also brings insight to her coaching from her extensive leadership and senior management experience as a Strategic Communications and Corporate Affairs Leader at, for example, Brunswick, Royal Mail and the Royal College of Art.

 

Kate is based in the UK and works worldwide with corporate affairs and communications leaders and aspiring leaders, and their teams. She also coaches members of the C-suite, who particularly comment on how her communications experience helps them unlock their narrative, develop their leadership skills and work more effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. 

 

She underpins her executive and leadership coaching with a strong track record as a mentor and trainer for corporate affairs departments and communications consultancy teams.

Kate is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global) .
